Mussels with shallots



It's ready, it's the most natural and simple recipe. But you can try variations:

- Pour a glass of white wine or cider cooking start.
- Add two tablespoons of cream during cooking.
- Flavor curry, fennel seeds, parsley or paprika.
- Most wanted: try to add pieces of Guémené andouille, chorizo, Roquefort, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers ramiro, small artichokes ...
